Never thought soya milk can be used in cooking! Interesting dish.

Now I finally know what this fish is known as in English. Incredibly natural sweet tasting fish.

Another must order cold appetizer.

It's a cold appetizer dish using black fungus. The flavour is one of a kind. I think there is a buckwheat marinate which is unbelievably good

To be honest nothing special about this dish, looks good but kinda meh tasting.
