An eternal favourite of mine (and the dish that sparked off my love for prawn aglio olio) but with maddeningly inconsistent results in terms of spiciness level across the various TCC outlets - it's like a toss of dice for each visit! At least the scallops are reliably crunchy and fat each time, although their love handles are notably maintained by the regular price increments. 4/5
