Shinshu Premium Beef Sirloin Course(Β₯6800) was a splurge worth every Yen. The beef was incredibly tender and juicy, boasting a perfect balance of marbling that melted in my mouth.π€€ The rich, buttery flavour of the beef was simply heavenly, and its succulence was a testament to its high quality.
Savouring each bite, I relished in the robust umami notes that filled my palate. The beef was expertly cooked to medium rare, allowing the natural flavours to shine through. The seasoned salt and wasabi provided a delightful burst of savouriness with hint of bright spiciness that elevated the beef's taste to new heights. Even as someone who isn't typically fond of wasabi, I found myself thoroughly enjoying this combination.
Accompanying the main star of the course, the Teppan seasonal vegetables sourced locally in Shinshu, added a refreshing touch to the meal. Paired with sesame sauce and ponzu sauce, the vegetables offered a delightful contrast of textures and flavours that complemented the savoury beef perfectly.
The set also included a bowl of fluffy rice and a comforting bowl of miso soup, adding a comforting touch to the meal.
