Read about this place in Furano on Google and am glad we tried it. Small but cosy with friendly staff and chef. Chef will inform you when he adds alcohol to the ribs so you can video it. No it's not overly cooked. In fact it's juicy and tender. My traveling companion who didn't like yakisoba fell in love with his. His grilled pork with egg and curry is yummy too. So if you're in Furano Japan look for this place to try.
