This was nothing like the robust Borscht-style soup I was expecting, the tomato broth here is definitely lighter on the palate and it grows on you. There are many variations available; the cheese version being the most popular. The slice of cheese went pretty well with the combination and wasn't as overwhelming as I thought it to be. Pretty tasty, but not something that I'll specially come back for.

I hereby present the legendary lemon tea, after seeing how a local drinks it, I understand the need to mash the lemon and kept stirring till the perfect taste is achieved!!

Best milk era ever drank, you can actually slowly see the milk mixing in the tea just like how MOS burger does it but this does it even better!

A hidden gem, not an easy place to find, the dish was very special and definitely worth my time finding it

Fresh tomato instant noodles at a super retro Cha Chaan Teng, as though you are transported back in the 1960s. Nissin never tasted this good, and the old school charm is indeed magical @ Star Cafe Kimberly Road Hong Kong
