Open steak sandwich with smoked onion, horseradish mayonnaise, baby beetroot and Gruyere cheese on sourdough. Tender beef on top of excellent crusty bread and melty cheese. What's not to like?
Crispy potato hash with mushroom duxelle, poached eggs, shaved Gruyere, chlorophyll and truffle vinaigrette. Was surprised to see a thick hash here since I usually encounter thinner ones but I think it has ruined all potato hashes for me... Perfectly golden brown and crispy with a soft and creamy inside. The poached eggs on top were perfectly poached (and I really mean perfect) and the mushroom duxelle was earthy and rich. The egg yolk flowed over the hash and mushrooms and it was all a glorious mess. Super yum.
