Our pancakes came out light and fluffy. And with just 2 simple additional ingredients, made it even more enjoyable. ;-)
Classic with a twist. Instead of the usual ham, topped with liempo and coleslaw. The coleslaw was a bit weird: tasted more like sauerkraut.
This was one hell of a meat 🍖 serving. Beef was tasty and tender, seasoned just right. Lived that they weren't shy on the broccoli. Needed more gravy though to cover for both the roast and potatoes.
My first visit to Slappy Cakes and I didn't cook my pancakes! But their version of Eggs Benedict is awesome! Instead of ham, they replaced it with pulled pork. Yum!
