I saw the BIG Red Apple logo and couldn't help but be intrigued. It drew me in with its vibrant colours and promised a world of apple-flavoured delights. With curiosity bubbling inside me, I ventured into the Shinshu Apple Pie Laboratory, eager to discover the wonders that awaited.

Determined to try a variety of apple pie, I decided to get one of each. The apples used in the pies were incredibly flavourful, with a perfect balance of sweetness and crunchiness. Each pie showcased a different type of apple, some with tangy profiles and others with a more crispy texture, but all of them were absolutely delicious in their own unique way. I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of savoury flavours like miso and deli ham, which added an interesting twist to the sweetness of the apples.
