Crispy chicken better than KFC Definitely better than KFC and if you need to get your fried chicken fix. This is definitely my choice the chicken is crispy and juicy. The spicy version is lovely and it is preferred. My only issue is that the pieces are too small 😅

Another Fried Chicken There is always long queue in front of the outlet. Waited for 20mins for my take away. Was expecting good fried chicken after such long wait, but it turned out to be a little disappointing. It was good, but not as expected. Some advice, the spicy chicken is so much spicier than you thought

Puttanesca Penne Penne pasta in Puttanesca sauce, with a generous amount of olives and capes. I added ham here as part of the customisation. Puttanesca translate as Prostitute, as the sauce is said to originate from the brothels at Spanish Steps, Italy.

Truffle Mayo Tendergrill Chicken Burger Worse than my previous tasting. Patty was good quality but there's barely truffle. As has been the case for years, their problem lies in calling themselves "king" when their burgers have shrunk.

Fish'N Crisp Burger Worse than I recall. Really lame burger with monotonous fish.

Chicken Meatball + 4x Chicken | $8.00 The skewer meat was flavourful with their sauce. I have a habit of asking them to not dip into the sauce as I find it too salty. The meat were tender and meatball has a soft in the inside yet crispy on the outside texture.

Set B+Chicken Meatball+Chicken Fillet | $9.8 Soft and fluffy Japanese rice with skewers, what a combination. The skewer meat was flavourful with their sauce but might be too salty for some. The meat were tender especially the chicken fillet even though it’s from the inner breast.

Mala Chicken? Don't Bother. Do you see much difference? At the back there are 2 chicken tenders and the mala chicken is in the foreground. There is barely a visible difference. Taste wise, same. It is so barely spiced. So disappointed. Texas chicken did mala chicken last year and it was so much better! It actually tasted like the mala hotpot. KFC, you failed. This set was at $10.95.

Pancakes and Turkey Bacon Platter (A.M.) No complaints about the pancakes. Eggs ok. The sauce.. not too generous when compared to McDonald’s. The bacon is 2 thin (emphasise) stripes of hard/crispy... I don’t know, I don’t think I can call it meat. (Similar to the Taiwanese thin pork jerky texture.. thin and crispy but no real savoury satisfaction.)

XL Wagyu Menchikatsu Burger I know Mos wagyu is probably not real wagyu, but I was quite excited to hear about a fried wagyu patty. The XL refers to the patty, as the bun is the same small Mos bun. You can select curry sauce, but I went for katsu sauce. Overall it was a good combination, but don't expect much from either the wagyu or the katsu. It's basically a typical beef patty that's fried.

Snack Box and Chilli Dog I had their snack box, consisting of Mos Burger’s famed fried chicken, onion rings and french fries. When the food came, it was piping hot. Onion rings came in large rings, where you could actually taste the onions. Fried chicken was crispy and juicy, and I love that the bone was only for the tip. I also had the chilli dog, lathered with chili con carne and topped with onions. The sausage always tastes great - you could never go wrong with it.

Kakiage Rice Burger Usually my go-to order, although this time somehow it wasn't that great.

1/2 Spring Chicken Rice | $5.70 Skin was crispy and chicken was tender. I find that this is way more worth than 2 pieces of wings with rice. Their rice tasted really flavourful.

Kaya Butter Puff ($1.40) The local breakfast seems to be becoming a popular flavour recently, from kit kat chocolate bars to this newly launched Kaya butter puff from Old Chang Kee. While I heard that the puff had quite a substantial amount of filling at other outlets, the one that I got here was pretty hollow and probably only half-filled. I would assume it’s due to quality differences. Honestly, the Kaya and butter filling was nothing special and felt like mass produced ones. Thankfully, the puff crust salvaged the snack. Shaped rectangularly unlike the normal curry puff, it felt satisfying to have a buttery puff crust crumble with each bite.
