Decided to give this stall a try. The lady told me the minimum order for the pork belly was $5 and the pig organ soup $4. It was a disappointment as the portion as seen in the picture - that small portion of pork belly cost $5! There wasn’t much offals in the soup either.
The Food
I ordered the Pig Organ Soup with rice. The rich, strong pork flavoured and peppery broth tickled my taste bud which made me drink mouth after mouth until I go and ask for reload of soup. There was no MSG at all in the soup because with a whole lot of fresh ingredients of liver, stomach, lean meat, meat ball inside is enough to make the soup very sweet and tasty. The chilli sauce is very spicy and taste shiok !!
The Price
Reasonably priced at $3.50 per bowl & $0.50 for the rice
Overall
I will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this for all pig organ soup lovers!

Not sure if I was unlucky but my bowl of pork slices and liver were tough. While the soup was on the peppery side, it wasn't as rich as I would have liked. Rice served here was also the more soft and mushy kind. Queue was long but maybe I'll try their famous Braised Pork Belly next time!

During my first visit, I was roaming at bugis and didn't knew what to eat. Just before I wanted to leave the area, I found this stall with a long Q (all aunties and uncles). Watching the owner chopping thick pieces of belly while his big pendant swinging left and right. It seemed like I was been "hypnotized" to join the "old people" Q. Ever since when I don't know what to eat and don't want to spend big bucks at Bugis area. This is my to go stall! .

The owner served his pork soup from 12 onward but their braised wild boar belly only out after 4pm. I loved my rice with extra gravy and belly with the sourly garlicky chili sauce. Because they used wild boar meat, it was much slimmer compared to pork belly

Visit their stall after 6pm, just before their last few belly were sold out. It is because at that time, the belly will be the tastiest and absorbed braised sauce. #Hawkerpedia
Steamy white rice covered with the savory sauce. *They usually sold out before 7pm.

Even with the long hours of braising, their pork belly still remained as one piece. The braising sauce successfully penetrated the meat and making it tasted like a tasty and savory jelly.
