Rustica Sourdough (Fitzroy)

If you’re planning a trip down soon, Rustica Sourdough should definitely make it to your list of to-eats. The food sounds deceptively straightforward, but its the combination of these simple and great ingredients that make this spot worth a visit. Take their truffled shrooms toast for one: I don’t generally like truffle oil (actually I hate it lol) but oddly, they used juuuust the right amount of it here to bring out the earthiness of the shrooms without overwhelming everything else. And oh man that goats whip 🤤
