I have never seen this version before.

Even though ALLA RAMPA restaurant seems like a touristy place, the pasta is so hearty and robust with flavours.
Freshness really makes a difference.
It is situated in the centre of the Old Town of Rome, between the tourist attraction Spanish Steps and Mignanelli Square.
