when in bandung, be sure to drop by raja rasa, meaning king of taste - serving true authentic sudanese cuisine. sudanese dishes are highly savory and comfortable with grilled, steam and fried dishes. this hot pot kang kong and its sauce alone? i can almost down two bowls of rice, how's that for savory??
so many dishes, so little time to take pictures. LOL. dishes are always savory to almost too salty for some. crab is forgettable (really, leave it to SG when it comes to crab), but the "tau pok" in the last pic with red sauce is really quite something. raja rasa gets my thumbs up for good sundanese food!
