Qin Ji Rougamo 秦记肉夹馍 (Paya Lebar Square)

($5.80) I wanted to order cumin pork rougamo initially but I saw green pepper inside lol. But then this got filled green pepper with pork :") (face palm mood) it's got strong taste for green pepper more than pork. I always thought they don't add veg inside rougamo lmao. So I just felt that their rougamo give a lot of sauce (don't feel that too dry or oily tbh) and also felt that their rougamo got flaky, crispy and crunchy texture.

The noodles are thick and chewy - the chilled temperature adds a refreshing bite into it with the spicy sweet sauce is just so addictive🤤💕 I can have it everyday; no meat needed to balance it at all 👍
