Thin layer of crisp, the bread itself was average. The pandan cream is so intensely pandan and coconutty, plus the coldness just works well. Very smooth too
PBJ is exactly the very ubiquitous version, I don't know why I expected it to be some innovative twist.
They have a lot of ang moh flavours like strawberry cream cheese and orea but obviously skip those, go for their proper Thai flavours
Worth a visit if you're nearby and the queue isn't too long. Unless you really love pandan, but I can't recommend fully yet because I don't know if this standard is common in Bangkok, it's my first pandan dessert here
