Having been around for more than 10 years, Peppercorn has established themselves as one of SS15's oldest breakfast spots. Come early before class and dig into the lavish spread of the American Set Breakfast (RM10) with eggs your way, sausages, bacon, baked beans and toast. The affordable set also comes with an energising shot of orange juice. If you prefer to fuel your mornings with sweets, have Country Set C — two toasted waffles with fresh fruit, butter and honey. Small eaters can go for a frill-free Combo 2 (RM7) with eggs your way, baked beans and toast. As for drinks, fret not because all breakfasts set come with your choice of coffee or tea. Avg Price: RM10
Peppercorn Cafe’s decor hasn’t changed much since my primary school days, nor has it aged. For breakfast, they do one thing and they do it well. Boasting a menu of satisfying English breakfasts, full homemade style breakfast shouldn't cost you more than RM10 here. Parking can be nasty come weekday mornings, but a friendly hi to the nearby market’s car park guardian could win you an “only-for-you” spot on the curbside.
