Thank God it was not dory!! They were fillets of parrot fish, which gave this dish a more interesting depth of flavor.
Imagine buchi without the sesame seeds, and a savory filling vs. mongo. Dip with hoisin. Yum. I have to say though, I couldn't taste the shrimp.
