猪扒波蛋捞粗加牛腩
In SG terms, this was mee pok topped with fried pork chop, braised beef brisket, and a nicely poached egg, all drenched with braised and curry sauce. The noodles were coated well with the generous amount of sauce, making them shiny, slurpy, and full of character. The pork chop was freshly deep fried and served piping hot, still slightly greasy with crisp skin, but tasty enough that it did not matter. The poached egg was nicely done with a flowy yolk in the middle. The beef brisket was soft, succulent, and braised wonderfully. A cup of house tea was served too.
