So good that I came back a second time! Order it and they will help you fry on the spot. Super tasty and they seasoned it really well. Taste totally different from the kway chap version but if you love ngoh hiang and big intestines then this is definitely a must try.

This intestines & ngou hiang platter is deepfried upon order. The intestines are braised before being fried and delivers an insane experience that can only be described as heavenly. Somehow, I do not have that lingering greasiness when having this and the piping hot crispy intestine packs great flavour and texture. The ngou hiang also tasted good but definitely pales in comparison to the intestines. The intestines can be ordered separately at $6.

So so so good. I've always been a fan of innards, and this just took my love to another level. Tried it hot out of the fryer, and it was super crispy outside and still retained that typical chewiness on the inside. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

If you're not very much into innards but are kind of curious to try (or perhaps you refrained from it after a bad experience), then this plate of uhmayzing braised-then-deep-fried large intestines is a good place to start.
They clean the innards well, so there's no unpleasant stench. Any unwanted chewiness has been simmered to oblivion, leaving only a succulent, tender and flavourful protein clothed in a crispy batter. Highly addictive and strongly recommended!

Yes i know, the picture looks kinda gross. However, is the taste is so good! Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. This is the 5 dollar portion. Must try in my opinion! A 4.5/5 rating! The stall is called Xin Dong Fang at Old Airport Road hawker centre!
