If this was a boo-hoo, I'll gladly take it. This burnt cheesecake had a light, creamy and velvety consistency as compared to the classic and it's without a crust. Accompanied with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, it's won over my heart and all the way to my tummy! 🥰
