My mum managed to wait for fresh baked egg tart from iBread (under iTea Brand). a lot of people wait and queue for buying fresh baked egg tart. like people stand too closely each other while waiting for egg tart and don't understand what is social distancing. I don't be wanted to be standing too closely with strangers. ok back to the topic about taste of egg tart, I really like fresh baked egg tart tbh and I realised that their base for egg tart was quite thick. I preferred thin over thick for the base of egg tart. It's quite wobbly for egg custard while in warm temperature.

hw n0t t0 miss when it's inexpensive & yummy! 🤤🤤

While driving back from Johor Bahru to Singapore, we stopped by Bestari Terrace. Though not very big, this area is quite unique as the buildings are constructed from containers and house quite a few small F&B businesses.
@little_bear_dessert_shop was the one that caught our eye as it faces the road and has a huge cute bear on display. They happened to be also handing out free samples of their softserve. After trying the Thai Milk Tea flavour, we decided to get it in the adorable bear-shaped pastry cup (for that, we kept it simple by opting for the original version instead of matcha, chocolate or charcoal).
Freshly made to order, the bear cup was cake-like at its base where it’s thicker, and crunchy at the edges. It was fragrant in an eggy way and paired well with the intense Thai Milk Tea soft serve. Pretty good for 17 Ringgit.

very bland, probably too much water was added into it. and we came here on recommendation by a barista from a cafe of another league. not sure why this recommendation but I choose to believe there was a miscommunication lol.

Monsta Cafe

This was a disappointment. Barely taste the espresso so it was jusf a basic grilled chicken chop. The cup of mocha was pretty good though but pricey (RM 12)

Less than 45 mins to reach this cafe from the 2nd link... This was an absolute gem of a discovery. A huge variety of food & drinks that are not only yummy but also very pocket-friendly (especially at the current exchange rates!). They roast their own beans right in the cafe too so it's a coffee drinker's cafe through & through. ✌️
Definitely worth many more visits in future! #ProjectLifeApp #burpple #roscafehops2msia #monstacafe #coffee #pasta

all under one roof, you will find monsta family cafe, M espresso sporting club for artisan coffee and W, a conceptual diner. my jar of mushroom soup under monsta's creation was so sincere and full-on shinntake mushrooms charm that i had almost wanted to ditch coffee and slurp myself silly with the soup. to up the mushrooms madness is that perfectly fried mushroom stem by the side.
