Didn't expect to find this at a Spanish tapas bar
Not even lying because WHY IS THE ROASTED CHICKEN THE MOST ORDERED ITEM EVEN THOUGH ITS A SEAFOOD RESTAURANT? simply because, its texture and taste profile bears resemblance to its cousin, the Peking Duck. Crispy and well-marinated exterior with moist chicken meat inside. Very well-balanced🐓🍗
Sure enough, there surely is a difference in the Yang Zhou Fried Rice cooked in SG / MY 🤭

Truly enjoyed the spice
A mixture of tequila, blue Curacao, triple sec, egg white, pineapple juice, almond syrup, and passion fruit.
This cocktail is creamy, tarty, salty and sweet all in one, reminiscent of a dried orange peel snack with plum powder.
The market price for these things differ from day to day, so I got this plate at an affordable price.. I think.
But it's nice and tasty, chef was not stingy with the sambal and belacan.
The Quattro Formaggi is just a great collection of fine cheese, layered over savoury-tangy pizza sauce, supported by expertly made and baked pizza dough. It costs RM30 for an 8 inch pizza which is good enough for one. Honestly I'm lactose intolerant, but I would risk my life just to eat this.
Did I mention the owner of the restaurant built the stone oven himself?
