Simply used a fork and I could flick off the meat. The fresh coriander and fried shallot created the ultimate balanced of flavors which brought the freshness of the coral and didn't overpowered its natural sweetness.

I ordered their signature lunch set (1500THB). Sounded expensive but to dine in one of the top 50 Asian Restuarant. Worth it! .

Appetizers at Nahm, No. 1 on San Pellegrino's Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2014 list. A great start to the meal. This was me being shown how such simple quintessential Thai cuisine (no frills, no fusion nonsense) can top Asia.
