The broth carried that earthy ginseng depth, though it was thicker than I’d prefer. The chicken was tender, rice tucked inside, making it hearty and nourishing. They offered ginseng powder and even a small pour of ginseng liquor though the liquor wasn’t really for me. What really dulled the experience was the service. The staff felt dismissive, which made the meal less enjoyable overall. No matter how good the food is, it’s hard to overlook when the vibe doesn’t match.

Golden and crisp with a soft center that carried a gentle seafood flavour. The dipping sauce added a nice lift, tangy and balanced, making each bite more enjoyable without overpowering the pancake itself.

it’s rly good, the glutinous rice stuffing was sweetened w dates and it complemented the tender meat that literally fell off the bone w a sweep of the chopsticks. the soup whilst slightly bland at first (to me at least), flavour was enhanced towards the end w all the additional ingredients from inside the chicken including a whole ginseng!! also, shoutout to the seafood pancake which was super yummy!! + the batter itself was chewy and it was generously filled w prawns, sotongs, eggs and chives 🤤
Each bubbling bowl of goodness also comes with a shot of Ginseng Soju, which I'll willingly give away next time - so bitter!

Really quite shiok and loved the traditional set up of the entire place.
