Almost an hour q at the road side before being offered a seat. Char siew is tender and juicy but not jelak despite the layer of fats. Love the onsen egg, instense flavour of molten yolk. But we are not lucky enough to get the bowl with the words at the bottom though.
I chose their best seller, Nikutama Ramen.The ramen consists of nice and soft charsiew, eggs, negi leek, bamboo shoots, dark green vegetables and springy medium thick noodles. The highlight of this bowl of ramen are their incredibly rich tonkotsu broth! So full of flavor! I slurped everything up
Long queue though... It's like queuing up for Tai Hwa π
