MoVida Singapore brings its signature and exclusive dishes to the city, including the standout Paella De Señorito (Gentleman’s Paella), featuring saffron-infused bomba rice with calamari, fish, and smoked prawn. We also tried the Cecina—air-dried wagyu beef with truffle potato foam and a poached egg for added richness.
Other highlights include Abalon, slow-cooked and finished over charcoal in a rich butter emulsion, and Lobster Croquettes with a creamy lobster filling. For dessert, the Arroz Con Leche—Spanish rice pudding with roasted pineapple and rose rice ice cream—was a delightful ending.
