Best bowl of pho outside of Saigon. This chicken rice noodle is their house special (first item in the menu) which includes sliced chicken, chicken liver, kidney, heart and pig's blood cake. "Dac Biet" which finds its origin from the Mandarin root word 特別 means special. Love their pho which is smoother and thinner and the chicken stock is clear consommé style enhanced by the spring onion, cut chili and Thai basil leaves.

This is where i first had phõ 15 years ago. Still the best today! Not thirsty after meal (meaning no or very little MSG)
