Not a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

I had the All-You-Can-Eat Sushi (¥3800), which included a great variety of nigiri sushi, aburi sushi, gunkan, maki, along with hot tea and cold water. They seated me at the counter, where I could watch the sushi chefs delicately press each piece. With over 50 items on the menu, each sushi was freshly made on the spot upon order. The size was average, and the vinegared rice was delicious. Time limit: 70 minutes.

I had snow crab, sea urchin, salmon, tuna, shrimp, squid, scallop, whelk, conger eel, white fish, mackerel, and many more, just to name a few. Left feeling absolutely stuffed!
