If not for the explanation I would have felt slightly overcharged for my sandwich, for I got 8-10 strips of pink hued Iberico pork. This was no doubt a delicious sandwich with soft freshly baked ciabatta, slow cooked then stir fried on the grill bell peppers & onions; with a finishing slab of aioli.
