llaollao has got to be the most popular Frozen Yogurt Treat here. It's the closest thing you can get in enjoying a guilt free cup of ice cream like goodness. 🙈🙈🙈 .

What I love about this is that you can add fresh slices of fruits(lots of choices). For cheat days, you cans for a drizzle of some caramel/chocolate syrup. 😋
