Been a while since I ate this. Cheap and good Ramen with an interesting mixed of ingredients and those chilli.... really makes you view this Ramen differently!

Love the creamy tonkotsu broth!

Looks so deceivingly not spicy when served but when you stir everything through, that is when the heat kicks in! I would describe this as the Ippudo's version of Singapore Curry Mee! 😝

Chilli flakes by the side so I get to taste the non chilli and chilli version. :)

Black is with garlic and onion oil but it is not too greasy nor overpowering. One decent size bowl of ramen with a side and free drink during lunch

Thick seafood broth with fat char siew, firm prawns, crab meat and Hakata-style ramen...
