I have been dying to try this restaurant for the longest time. Featuring the first course (appetiser) of hers for the evening, French Royale Oyster. All natural with plum granite, basil seeds and caviaroli.
It's Seafood Night!' ($65++). You will find 20 types of seafood dishes and the star 'Lobster in a Pan' as featured here. It is one order per table (customised to number of people at the table) and is cooked to order.
The buffet is available Thursday to Sunday, from today to 27 December 2015.

Grilled live Boston lobster, lemon, oil, parsley emulsion with a choice of side order for two persons. This is a belated Mothers' Day dinner for mum because sis and dad were working yesterday. She found it a bit underdone and portion too small for two.
