Simply amazing. Love their knuckles done not overly crispy and greasy. Crackling yes, but there is a nice balance of collagen and meat too. Generous, German size, serving for the ala carte order which comes with mashed potato, sauerkraut and delicious brown sauce that brings it all together.

I loved my experience at SPRMRKT Daily previously and this time round, I went back to try SPRMRKT Kitchen and Bar, the sister outlet located on the second floor. First of all, the place is GORGEOUS, decorated with pink, teal and gold accents 😍 Norwonder so many bloggers come here to shoot their OOTDs 🤣

I tried the brunch menu, which offers totally different dishes from dinner (they have a T-Bone steak 😍😋). Decided on the Huevos Tostados — tender slices of flank steak set on top of a crispy (heng not soggy) taco shell, topped with one poached egg and hollandaise sauce. Yum!

Would be back to try their dinner menu — freshly shucked oysters here I come! 😍

German entrepreneur, simple fare. They pride themselves to represent the German street food. Never knew that Currywurst have been around since the 50's. This one has mustard, ketchup and curry power, I mean powder. Power right? The power punch is the chopped onions. They are coarsely chopped and goes perfect with the dog! And this is huge, must hold with two hands. $9.50, comes with drinks for lunch! I like the texture of the buns. Support the German lady boss.
