So sad that we are unable to redeem top 10 via burpple! I used to redeem the milk tea with pistachio, and it remained as my favourite drink at Yan Xi Tang!! Ordered their fruit tea and milk tea this time round and it was still amazinggggggg!! I love Yan Xi Tang!

The salted egg yolk sauce was creamy and umami and the taste of salted egg was definitely prominent.

Their signature 𝑳𝒆𝒔 𝑩𝒐𝒖𝒄𝒉é𝒆𝒔 À 𝑳𝒂 𝑹𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑫’ 𝑬𝒎𝒎𝒂 was named after Chef Michael’s wife, Emma. The presentation was on point, puff pastry shaped like a butterfly! 🥰 Not only was it pretty, the puff pastry was light and flaky. Chicken was tender and mushroom velouté was creamy. It was sooo comforting.
