Lai Kee at Blk 183 Toa Payoh Central. Okayish, could be served hotter. The most impressive thing I’ve tried here is the fried beancurd skin. Tastes fresh and super crispy. Left an impression.
Gen Shu at Blk 74 TPY Lor 4 market. The most impressive was the lor mai kai, chockful of ingredients & super flavorful. Plus the porridge, it was light (typical of Cantonese dim sum porridge), but was really chockful of ingredients in every mouthful ( chicken, peanut, you name it. )
