Located within the same area with popular destination chomp chomp and conveniently nearby the bus stop. They have a wide variety of meat type and parts as well as other traditional korean dishes. We had the Pork Set C consisting of dry aged pork belly, collar and jowl as well as a side of steam eggs and kimchi stew. Portion was perfect for 2 paxs. Although it took quite a wait for the meat and dishes to arrive, the staff were friendly and the meat were cooked personally by them so you dont have to worry if its done the right way or not.
Broth was gao and bursting with flavour, Prawns were fresh and succulent. With the choice of soup or dry, we went with soup and was surprised that the noodles and prawns came seperately with diff types of broths which shows how dedicated they are to the prawn noodle experience. Ngoh hiang was enjoyable as its skin was crisp and fillings tasty.
Had the Shaved Ox Tail, Australian Full Blood Wagyu and the Popcorn for dessert. Star of the meal would be the Wagyu which was cooked to perfect temperature at medium doneness. Tender and nicely seasoned, accompanied with home-made butter and red wine sauce on the side. The butter was intriguing being made flavoured with anchovy and spring onion. Service was phenomenal by friendly staffs. Had an overall great dining experience and a perfect place for a romantic meal.
