I love their coffee.
I usually go for white.

I have chosen this as my afternoon drink in The Coffee Academics.
This was my first attempt and it didn't disappointing me. The well combination of coffee and pepper did surprise me and I would certainly go for another try if I visit them again.
The pastry I chose to go along with this cuppa was Chocolate Hazelnut Cruffin.
This was quite similar to that of Danish that I had in Alchemist.

One for $5. It is a pastry you won't want to miss when you visit Alchemist.
I recommend you to pair this with White or black as thia could well balance your palate with this rich and creamy chocolate.
The pastry is soft and freshly made.
The sweetness is just nice.
