This designer restaurant serves authentic bird nest in a well curated set meal. Two prices: Rmb 399 and 499. Expensive, but worth the experience.
This restaurant serves authentic and nice Teochew beef noodle. Well known for its beef balls but I chose beef and brisket only. Enjoyed it.
Restaurants in the newer T2 are much better than those in T1, though there are more choices. This Guangzhou Restaurant serves decent Dim Sum even for dinner.
