Ordered these dishes which were delightful:
1) Hokkien seafood pasta: A uniquely Singaporean pasta dish which was full of umami goodness
2) Catch of the day: Crisp fried fish with thick cut fries served with tartar sauce
3) Soft shell crabs: Topped with ikura which provided an extra burst of flavour in the mouth
