Part of Royce's Chocolate World in New Chitose Airport. Nice maple flavour. A little too sweet though.
I have loved this milk store for many years. From a small booth they've grown into a large store now.
They have three Omakase sets. We took the mid-range ¥8800 set. All persons in one booking must choose the same set. I must say the quality of food is superb. The place is quiet. On the night we visited, there was only one other table.
Directly opposite Tou Nabe 唐锅 is another Chinese style hot pot.
So nice to find a Sichuan hot pot place in the middle of Niseko Hirafu after skiing.
This Japanese restaurant in Niseko Village offers 3 different Yakiniku sets at ¥7700, 11000 and 16500 per person. No requirement to have each a set. You can supplement it with ala carte orders. Nice beef of different parts, Wagyu and US. Worth a visit.
Near Hilton Niseko. One has to make a reservation three days in advance.
This cafe inside AEON Chitose serves a variety of coffee in original form and varieties including parfeit. Other than cakes, they serve Japanese and Western lunch. You can order via QR Code in four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean.
Traditional noodle soup dishes. Tho tasty, they are oily and salty. Good for a quick bite in a Foodcourt environment in a supermarket.
This is a small restaurant that serves quite comprehensive Japanese food at a "hawker" price. If you want a quick meal at reasonable price, this is it. We needed that after a day of skiing, especially on a weekend on Hakuba when most restaurants are full.
The beef is just amazing... Best I've ever eaten. Japanese boss/chef, Australian waiters/waitresses.
French Japanese fine-dining restaurant inside Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay. Nice place for a quiet night for two persons. The set came with a hering roes as appetiser and ended with a nice strawberry+orange mousse. Perfect dinner! Hopefully they will one day be on Burpple Beyond.
