well paired with the chimichurri, which proved to be a lifesaver in cutting out the gaminess. unfortunately it was far too chewy for my liking - making the experience less pleasant.
started the dishes with the bang - seriously so good that i wished i had more bread to dip in the sauce with. made with juicy fresh shrimps in garlic-infused olive oil & hints of spice. served sizzling hot and extremely fragrant.
