Would recommend tuna one for a try :) it has chunks of crab meat, fried flour pieces on top of tuna sushi rolls
Runny yolk adds additional flavour and moisture to the already moist japanese-like moist rice. š³
Vegetable was well cooked, didnt have the burnt taste for the two bowls we ordered š„¦ š„ - perhaps the chef took feedbacks from past reviews and improve upon the cooking time !
Chicken is tender, teriyaki sauce is savory and umami-enough for us. š

Truffle smell was detectable, but taste wise wasnāt strong
āļø Tuna Mentaiko was a nice mix for the rice, and the salmon was smooth and thickness was acceptable (could be slightly thicker, but still acceptable!) š

Generous amount of mentaiko & crispy fries!
Torched mentaiko also gave a visual appeal to the dish.
