Think I haven’t had Marché for a very long time cause the price felt so steep (vs to what I can recall) 😅 but still opted for the ush - rosti. Topped up with sour cream ($1.90++) to complement the texture and taste, and garlic pork sausage ($6.90++) which gives a good garlicky and charred taste. But honestly chose the latter cause of the price (cheapskate mode lol)

Will still order this nonetheless 😋

SO SPICY. Omg lol. Planned to get ayam penyet but wrongly ordered this chicken cutlet under a whole bunch of hot & spicy sambal 🥲 Tried to remove as much sambal as I can to salvage my dinner, but it’s really hot and seeps into the chicken strips (I guess this is a good thing if you like the sauce lol)

Almost cried my eyes out here and came out running for milk tea

Is the dish usually this spicy? Or my spice tolerance is getting low 🥲🥲
