Tried the Gyu Katsu today. Huge disappointment! The coating is not evenly distributed and the beef is not tender. The video playing outside the restaurant shows how the dish is made. In the video, looks exactly like the dish I had in Japan. But what they offer is far from the standard! And another ramen we tried, the portion of pork belly is much less than what they show in their pictures. I feel deceived.
