Beef cheek with mash and mushrooms, tasted fantastic! The meat is well cooked and soft, but not too soft. Overall, a fantastic meal, especially if you're not keen on pasta.

Crispy, with some cheese and lots of truffle! You can smell these fries from the kitchen and they taste great. A lovely appetizer and a must try if you're in Eleven strands.

Enishi makes only 100 ramen dishes a day, and that's it. The experience was wonderful! The food was delicious, they offer free extra rice, I heard they have a Michelin star in Japan. In any case, this place is small and there's a small queue outside, but it's well and worth it.
