Saved some money on this buffet with Burpple beyond.

Did you know for CNY, the Nian Gao is free flow?? Well it's a buffet after all, so don't overdo it ya guys.

Hard to describe, it's a simple roasted chicken but it's made in a way that preserves the juiciness of the meat even when left out on a buffer spread.

The lamb itself is flavour packed, the spinach and herbs that surround it give it a balanced flavour that is not too intrusive on the taste buds, but instead very pleasant

For the price of the buffet, I'd say the spread is great, loved the crabs!

I can say that not many hotels prioritise the quality of their food, but we we're thoroughly impressed by how nice everything on offer for the lunch buffet was.

From the tender meats, to the spot on sambal, it's all great!
