We tried the following:
》Cheesy Potato Croquette Potato Stick |
This starter was made from scratch using russet potatoes and stringy mozzarella then wrapped with potato spaghetti. We really enjoyed the contrast of textures which was truly addictive - crunchy sticks with a soft/cheesy bite to them.
》Seafood Marinara | The red sauce packed with herbs and spices complimented the various seafood on it and gave the dish a robust taste, you can't go wrong with this classic.
》Mussel Blanco | Such a lovely pairing of plump mussels, moreish white wine sauce and bucatini (thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole in the middle).
》Smoked Salmon Piadini | The contrast of flavours between the rich salmon and natural sweetness from the veggies made this meal simply irresistible.

Overall, a superb meal that certainly satisfied us which combines the diversity of Italian flavours and heartiness of Singaporean home cooking.
