The passion fruit sauce kind of masks the taste of the uni, which is a bit of a shame since this is a pricey dish. Excellent service, especially from the Latino chap who is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Not as good as the best ceviche you can find in Peru, Chile or Colombia, but quite fresh and satisfying. Friendly and knowledgeable service staff, specially the Latino chap.
