japanese food
this is one fluffy pancake. one bite and it instantly disintegrates in ur mouth. rich custardy flavor. peach cream p mellow.
($12.90) lots of umami. legit grilled eel, not like the sticky processed ones u typically see from a jp supermarket (note the bones tho, but i personally think theyāre still p edible lolz) and super mellow raw egg yolk and flufffy egg white.
štruffle ramen ($16.90)
nice nutty truffle ramen with earthy flavours. they did nOT scrimp on those truffle slices. maybe thatās why thereās only 2 slices of char siu 3 HAHAH jokes. noodles are nice and springy !! neither too soft nor too al dente (like some places give rock hard noodles ripā¦). my friends and i agree that itās almost reminiscent of angel hair pasta??
highlight is def the mellow creamy onsen egg which brings the flavours together. plus the truffle slices. lots of umami followed by what i believe is konbu sprinkles??? the char siu is p okayyy maybe 8/10 tastes like regular charsiu in ramen, a tad tender but not SUPER juicy. LOL but yo do yourself a favor and try this when you donāt know what to eat in orchardšššš¤
soft and rich salmon under a tangy and oh so slightly spicy wasabi mayo sauce and poppy masagos !! the salmon is so fresh and literally melts in your mouth. i beleive the mayo they used was kameya wasabi mayo which is a reputable brand for putting LEGIT wasabi into their mayo and not that silly horseradish nonsense. so expect a really sweet subtle spicešš
