Worst service EVER!
My girlfriends & I (6 of us) will definitely not go back anymore!

Limited choices of food selection - never mind.
They missed out one of our drinks, had to repeatedly ask/chase for it 6-7times.
Checked with 5-6 different service staffs, all told me they will check & get back to me, which they did not! We only manage to get our missing drinks after I check with the 6th or 7th service lady, annoying telling her “we’ve waited 1hour ++ & all your colleagues told me they will get back to me, which they did not.. can you confirm you will get back to me after checking?” That we finally gotten our drinks! Felt super ridiculous that We had to wait for 1hr+ just for that 1 drink! Moreover, by than we are almost done with our food.

During payment, I check with the Cashier lady, 2times if they accept grabpay, to which she told me “Yes”. Until After I top up $300 to my grab wallet, scan the QRcode, that I realise they do not accept grabpay. Check with the cashier lady once more, to which she change her statement & inform me that they do not accept grabpay at all. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Honestly overall service + price, I rather go HDL or BITP.
Super disappointed & bad experience.
